the peculiarity of the book is that it’s completely realized in the dark, as if it was made by a blind man. The hardest part was ambientation, owning a certail safeness by the only use of touch, as well as getting the correct size of the page in order to properly writing on it.

Turning on the light, you actually get your sight back and you’re stricken by the result. Writings are often unreadable and not properly fixed in the center of the page. Strange shapes leave the sheet, born by the combination of darkness and colour.

It’s quite a particular experience, teaching us how many things ‘normal’ people actually takes for granted.

The fear of the dark is finally won.

La particolarità di questo Quadernino è che è stato realizzato interamente al buio totale. Come se fosse realizzato da un cieco. La difficoltà maggiore sta nell’ambientarsi, nel prendere sicurezza usando solo l’uso del tatto. Difficile anche capire le dimensioni della pagina e scrivere sopra ad essa.

Accesa la luce, si torna a vedere e si è improvvisamente colpiti dal risultato. Spesso le scritte sono illeggibili e non centrate all’interno della pagina. Strane figure escono dal foglio, create involontariamente dall’unione di colore e buio.

esperienza davvero particolare che insegna come tante cose siano date per scontate dalle persone “normali”.

La Paura del Buio è così vinta!
